Bar consultants and "cocktail gurus" for #1 hotel in the world awarded by Travel + Leisure. Brief included creating and visually designing new cocktail menus for 1 restaurant bar and their beach club bar using local ingredients, particularly from their own organic garden. Travelling Bartenders conducted daily cocktail recipe, technique and service training with bar and floor team. We also organised unique, one off cocktail lists for event nights and oversaw the logistics on these evenings. Other things implemented were in villa cocktail bars, all fresh prep for cocktails, organisation of bar set up and back of house. On going support and revisit scheduled for 2016.
