During this event you will be taken on a journey of senses; from the floral, hanging garden installation by florist Emily, to the foraged flower cocktails by Anya, to a family style Korean feast using wild British plants by Mina.
On May 26th and 27th Pollen Room will be teaming up with amazing chef Mina Park to bring you Korean food with a botanical twist. Working close to nature Emily, Anya and Mina are bringing you a feast of flowers, ferments and foraging for just 2 days.

Anya will be taking over the bar at Perilla in Stoke Newington with some of her favourite Spring botanical cocktails. Working closely with chef Ben Marks to pair the drinks with his seasonal menu it will have an exciting array of foraged flowers, plants and weeds.

Her cocktail list will use exclusively use seasonal and foraged flowers, herbs, weeds and roots. June in March will transform the Sook dining room into an extraordinary botanical installation.
